Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

Yes, we offer exchanges for ring sizing. Please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.

Are custom or made-to-order pieces returnable?
Because handcrafted and custom pieces are made especially for you, they are final sale unless there is a defect.
