What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging. Please reach out to us before sending anything back.
Can I exchange for a different size?

Are custom or made-to-order pieces returnable?
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, they are final sale. We encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have any questions.

How do I find my ring size?

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best:

- Polish sterling silver with a soft, lint-free cloth to restore its shine.

Will my jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time with exposure to air and moisture — this is normal and easily remedied with a silver polishing cloth. Proper storage dramatically slows tarnishing.
